The association will run all through NME Awards season, taking in the regional NME Awards Tour, which commends its twentieth commemoration in 2015, the London NME Awards Shows – showcasing the best in new and current music at the most sizzling venues in the capital and the NME Awards ceremony itself, which happens at London's O2 Academy Brixton this February 18, 2015.
Suede will receive the Godlike Genius Award at the NME Awards 2015. The Previous winners of NME's Godlike Genius Award include Blondie, The Clash, Paul Weller, The Cure, Manic Street Preachers, New Order & Joy Division, Dave Grohl, Noel Gallagher and Johnny Marr.
