The pageant will be held on May 31, 2015 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Miss Philippines Earth 2014 and reigning Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herrell will crown her successor at the end of the event. A total of 41 delegates from different regions of Philippines have been selected this year to compete at the Miss Philippines Earth 2015 finals.
Runners-up will be awarded the titles of – Miss Philippines Air 2015, Miss Philippines Water 2015, Miss Philippines Fire 2015, and Miss Philippines Eco-Tourism 2015.
