The most awaited 128th edition of the annual Rose Parade is presented by Honda. The 2017 Rose Parade will start at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and will feature 44 floats, 20 equestrian units with approximately 400 horses, and 21 marching bands and equestrian units marching down the 5 1/2 mile route of the parade down Colorado Boulevard.
This year theme is “Echoes of Success” which celebrates those people, organizations and institutions that play a part in the stories of the success of others.The Grand Marshall of the 2017 Rose Parade are Greg Louganis, Janet Evans and Allyson Felix. It's America's New Year Celebration, a welcome to the world on the first day of the year, and a salute to the group soul and affection for display that have flourished in Pasadena for more than 100 years.
