Budler (31-2-0, 10 KO) is currently ranked 6th in the WBC and IBF light flyweight division. He is a former two-division IBO world champion and held the WBA Super world minimumweight champion, Melindo (36-2-0, 13 KO) is on a winning streak after besting his past four opponents, including Yaegashi earlier this year.
