Welcome! Berlin will host the 24th European Athletics Championships from 6 to 12 August 2018.. Around 1,600 athletes from over 50 nations will compete in 47 disciplines in the Olympic Stadium and on the streets of the capital city. The championships will be part of the first European Championships with other events happening in Scotland.

The European Athletics Championships is a part of the European Sports Championships 2018 which Berlin and Glasgow co-host. Athletes from a total of 49 member federations of the European Athletics Association will compete at these Championships. On top of this a total of 30 athletes will complete as Authorized Neutral Athletes and 1 athlete will compete as part of Athlete Refugee Team.
