The Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019 will be the 64th edition of the national pageant where 29 delegates will compete for the national title and the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico in Miss Universe 2019. Kiara Ortega Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2018 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
